New Horizons in 2019

It’s hard to believe that Task Force 1, Inc. has been around since 2006. That’s 13 years! A lot has changed since our humble beginnings. All glory to God!

We grew exponentially from a handful of instructors to over 50 instructors. Likewise we’ve grown from few programs now offering a plethora of training opportunities. What has NOT changed is how we do business. From the start our goal was to deliver quality training opportunities providing useful information to the end user, YOU, not “canned” training programs that are the same in every delivery but learning experiences that are built around the needs and expectations of the customer, YOU!

We pride ourselves on the claim “whatever we teach you or show you must be useful to your organization”. Maybe not in total, maybe not today, but at some point the concept, practice or technique and be integrated into your organizations day to day operations. It may have to be tweaked, twisted or otherwise modified but NEVER say NEVER.

Training is not entertainment. It is not war stories. It is not a boasting event that my department is better than yours. Instead it is about sharing information. It’s about brotherhood.  We have been criticized by some for sharing all our class content at the end of a program. Why some ask? We say why not!  We’re here to train. We’re here to share not tease you. Not everyone attends the training. Take what we showed you and share it with them. Let them share it with others. That’s ok. That’s exactly what we want you to do.

As we continue to evolve 2019 will have many new program offerings. We’ve expanded to provide training opportunities for law enforcement, corrections, hospitals, institutions of higher educations, schools and churches.

Why? Because today’s world does not allow us to operate in a vacuum. Like it or not, we all have to play in the same sandbox. They need to be ready. They need to be able to interface with first responders. Thank you again for your confidence in Task Force 1, Inc.
