About The Program
Managing the Mayday is an intense program designed to prepare the participants to deal with a fire officer’s worst nightmare, a MAYDAY.  When a MAYDAY is called, we need to continue to manage the incident as well as the  MAYDAY event.  Through a blend  of lecture, a review of case studies and a review of best practices, students will then transition to intense mentally challenging scenarios based, in-classroom exercises.

Throughout the two days, participants will learn the skills needed to deal with this low frequency, high risk event.
