The safety of your personnel is paramount. Fires don’t care about the number of firefighters you bring to an incident. However, staffing does affect the delivery of service and the safety of the operation.
This program will explore various options to maximize the efficiency of your personnel by implementing administrative controls, using innovative and technological advancements and making your apparatus “user friendly”. Note: This is a hands-on program. PPE and SCBA required for participants.
